- Free shipping within the contiguous US for orders over $100. All others will be charged actual cost. Our shipping rates are figured the same way as UPS, including surcharges. UPS rates are based on the weight, the size, and the destination of the package. Large items may incur higher shipping rates due to their dimensions. Heavy items may incur higher shipping rates due to their weight.

- All accounts must have a valid Tax Resale Certificate on file. Otherwise, you will be charged tax. You can upload the file on your My Account page.
- We do not sell to 3rd party Amazon resellers.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Return within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, less UPS published shipping rate. Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and in original packaging. All packaging and accessories must be returned. A credit amount will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and/or the cost of missing accessories. Credit may be issued to the original credit card, or as a store credit in the form of a gift card.
