You may exchange merchandise in new condition, with original packaging, NOT USED within 5 days of receipt. ALL authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and must have a return authorization number.

Because of this, we have over the years developed, a specific size chart, completely different than any one in the industry, Our sizes are closer together for a rmore approprate sizes for small dogs We have more sizes in the small dog range, thus giving the proper fit..We do not do Small, Medium, Large. Small dogs are not fit like that.The better the fit, the more comfortabe your pup will feel and it will be more safe,
