To qualify for a wholesale account your business must be related to the pet industry and have either a brick and mortar store or an active website that we can verify.

- RETURNS - If your purchase arrived damaged, or if items in your order do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns, no exceptions. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
