Preference Return: If you would like to return or exchange your item for reason other than defect, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase. The items must be in original, resalable condition. Return shipments can be self-initiated on your account page. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Damaged or Defective Merchandise Return: We want to be sure that every dog bed leaving our facility meets your standards for quality merchandise. If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase and we will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise. To initiate a return online please go to your account page and click returns on the left side of the screen. Normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet’s play is to be expected, and therefore not covered under damaged merchandise.
