  • Perishable Items Policy: Pet Palette Distribution ensures that all perishable items have an expiration/best buy date of 3 months or more beyond the product’s order date. If your order contains products that expire in less than 3 months and you believe you are eligible for a credit, please reach out to orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide clear images of the expiration dates and quantities of each product that is short-dated.

INDY PET FOCUSED: Pet Palette Distribution is focused on serving the independent pet channel and offering an assortment that will strengthen these retailers and help them compete with big box and e-commerce. 

NON-TRADITIONAL: Unlike other distributors, our assortment is not food-centric. Our strength is in hard goods (specifically toys) and consumables (treats/chews). 

LOW MINIMUMS: We offer low minimums that work for every retailer’s budget and make it easy to ship directly to the store and place multiple orders a week. Minimum order value of $149 and free shipping on orders of $449* or more. 

QUICK TURNAROUND TIMES: We’ll have all orders out the door in 24 to 48 hours. 

NATIONAL REACH: Pet Palette Distribution services all the lower 48 states by shipping our orders via FedEx. We are able to ship directly to stores or DC facilities. 

WE RUN ON YOUR SCHEDULE: Pet Palette Distribution is different from traditional distributors in that we run on your schedule, not the other way around. Retailers don’t have to wait for a weekly truck to get the products they order. 

INCREASED TURNS: 99% of our products are sold in individual units, rather than by the case, so retailers can focus on ordering only what they need when they need it. 

SEASONAL ASSORTMENTS: Product lifecycles are measured in weeks or even days, which is why our team spends hundreds of hours a year on trend forecasting, product-fit identification, and distribution timing. Maximizing a retailer’s revenue, while minimizing risk, is our goal in any season.
