When receiving your PRE-ORDER items: store in a cool dry area, AWAY from seed products and bagged dog food. Store in its original packaging away from direct sunlight until ready to display/ NEVER refrigerate nor freeze. / Cookies arrive with a 12 month shelf life/ WAIT! to open the shipping box at minimum 1/2 day. Do not remove the cases of cookies from the shipping box until the box has been acclimated to the temperature of your store. The cookies are decorated with yogurt, this allows the design to settle back into place. We do not offer credits for cookies that are smudged due to opening the cases before the product has a chance to settle.
