For our denim product, we use repurposed denim we purchase from a large US denim company. They are wash panels that would otherwise be disposed of, we designed our line using these wash panels so all items are handcut. We produce denim dog beds, apparel, toys & accessories. We also have cotton/span knit product in tees & PJ's.
Returns: We want to earn your trust so you can buy with confidence. We understand that issues will arise, we would like the opportunity to resolve those problems to make sure you are satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item(s).
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@denimdogdesigns.net
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
