This house has all the great features as our original Outdoor Heated Kitty House™. Includes a K&H Lectro-Soft™ that partially heats the floor so the cat can choose to be on or off the warmth. This extra-wide house is the perfect shelter for multiple cats. Easy to assemble with a zippered roof and ships flat. Unheated version comes with a 100% polyester, machine washable Berber pad. Includes two removable door flaps. MET listed. One year limited warranty.

- $99 minimum order
- $3.00 handling fee added per ship to address for all orders (in addition to shipping charges)
- K&H requires a copy of merchant's Resale Certificate uploaded to your WholesalePet.com account or emailed to KHPetCS@Central.com at time of order
- Credit cards will be pre-authorized before order shipment, charges will appear as Central Garden & Pet
- K&H will ship FedEx (ground or freight) within the USA only at the published FedEx rates.
- K&H is not accepting accepting orders to destinations outside of the USA.
- Merchant agrees to pay all shipping charges incurred with each item shipped by K&H Manufacturing, LLC.
- K&H will charge the merchant any and all fees associated with a bad address provided. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all packages returned to K&H Manufacturing, LLC because of a bad address being supplied.
