Return of the purchased items is acceptable provided that a Return Authorization must be obtained first by contacting us at wecare@one4pets.com. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the order and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. The return of items is the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending back by registered or recorded delivery.
