Information and Policies
- Estimated total transit time is 3-5 business days for orders shipping to the U.S. foufouBRANDS ships every Thursday to the U.S. through Fedex IDD, our most economical shipping method. Deadline for Thursday shipment is Wednesday 10:00am EST. Orders received after this deadline will ship the following Thursday. No additional customs and duties will apply for any orders shipped through Fedex IDD.
- Freight charges are additional.
- $150 Minimum Order.
- Accepts AMEX, VISA & MASTERCARD.
- Order processing times may take longer due to increased volume and transit delays during the holiday season. Please direct any order inquires to wholesale@foufoubrands.com.
- Our items may not be sold on Amazon, eBay or other auction websites.
- All preorders/backorders under $150 (before shipping & taxes) will be canceled. All preorders/backorders over $150 (before shipping & taxes) will be shipped when the product becomes available. Please notify us if you wish to cancel your backorder at anytime.
- Canadian Orders: Due to high difference in Exchange Rate we have Canadian Pricing. Please email Service@WholesalePet.com for more information. Otherwise, all Canadian orders placed through Wholesale Pet will be charged in USD.
- International orders are shipped through Fedex & UPS only. Shipping quote will be provided.
- We do not provide free samples.
We do our best to ship all orders on or before the estimated in-stock date; however occasional delays may occur due to supply chain issues. For updates or questions, please contact wholesale@foufoubrands.com.
- In-stock orders that meet the $150 shipping minimum will ship immediately.
- Preorder and backorder items ship separately once they become available.
- The minimum order value for preorders and backorders is $150. Preorders or backorders under $150 will be canceled.
- If you prefer your order to ship only when all items are in stock, please enter " SHIP COMPLETE" in the notes section at checkout. Otherwise, we may split shipments or cancel preorders/backorders that don't meet the minimum, at our discretion.
- Preorders are only charged when they are ready to ship.
