This interactive dog treat puzzle is inspired by our TikTok viral sensation, Kanoodle! Bringing the excitement of best-selling Kanoodle to your pet, this puzzle features a Kanoodle base and pet-safe Kanoodle pieces that twist and slide, each hiding your treats inside! Kanoodle Dog Edition can be customized to different challenge levels featuring nine built in treat compartments for extra stimulation and engagement. - Brightkins™ and Hunger for Words™ products cannot be sold on Amazon, Ebay or other 3rd party websites.
Damages/Shortages
- Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported to your Customer Service Representative within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
In the event of a shortage, we will gladly ship the item or credit your account. - For damages that are the result of product defects, a credit will be issued and a replacement shipped and billed. You will need to provide the lot/batch code for the item you are requesting a refund or replacement for.
- For goods showing visible damage on the shipping carton, have the carrier note damages on the freight bill before accepting delivery. Goods damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier immediately. Save all original shipping cartons.packing slip, packing materials and damaged items until they have been inspected or your claim has been settled. If possible, provide a photo of damages.
Returns
- We do not sell on a consignment basis and in general, returns are not accepted unless they are a result of errors made by Learning Resources/ Educational Insights.

- Approval is required for all returns. Please contact service@wholesalepet.com for return request
- Approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition, all returns (non-defective or undamaged merchandise) must be accompanied by a Return Authorization {RMA) Number obtained through your Customer Service Representative. The RMA Number must be clearly marked on all cartons or will be refused.
- Return freight costs are the dealer’s responsibility unless it is an error made by LR/EI.
- Returns from a free freight order will have any related costs deducted from credit.
- All items will be inspected upon return and must be in sellable condition with no store markings to be eligible for credit.
- Returns apply only to items listed in our current 2024 Price List.
- Returns are accepted from accounts located in the contiguous USA. We do not accept returns from Canada.
