Durkha multi-color products are handcrafted in Nepal by skilled and passionate artisan women in a safe environment using natural processes. For the beds, once the balls are made, they are stitched together using a nylon thread between the balls. Each of these beds is hand-made and it takes over 10 hours of special handling in terms of art and experience to make one bed. It is very labor intensive but once finished, these beds are literally a piece of art and creation that is admirable.
