We're committed to your business success, and to ensure that success, HuggleGroup carefully monitors online pricing, and we only authorize retailers who agree to honor our MAP policy and meet our wholesale guidelines. To maintain price integrity, new retail account applications are required to provide information that will help us protect your store(s) in this competitive environment. HuggleGroup shipping terms are as follows:
FOB from Carlisle, PA.
For new customers, a $100 minimum order is required.
For existing customers, there is no minimum order necessary.
Free freight on all TOY orders of $600.00 or more. No order with beds and/or mats ship free.
For orders between $100.00 and $599.00, actual shipping costs are added.
Beds and mats can only be shipped within the contiguous USA.
Drop ship orders accepted: $6.50 drop ship fee + actual shipping cost.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 days.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, or it will be charged a cancellation fee.
