- Minimum order for 1-4 locations is $114.00 or 10 each (2 cases of 5) per store.
- Minimum order for 5+ locations including our select online retailers is $600 or one case of 50 units shipped to one location and case breaks after the 5th location.
- Orders ship in 1-3 business days from Scottsdale, AZ following payment.
- Shipping calculated and applied AFTER ordered and packed.
- US orders only, including; contiguous 48, Washington DC, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and USVI.
- Retailers are obligated to follow $19 MAP.
- May not be sold on 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon & eBay.
- Accepts Visa & MasterCard with 3% processing fee.
- Online retailers need to be approved before their first order is shipped.
