The PetPals Starbz is a stylish Industrial Design with multiple functions making it perfect for your cat. This 4-level cat tree has two padded perches and a large comfortable condo, so your active cat can jump from level to level and sleep peacefully. Starbz also features two scratching pads, one round carpet scratcher at the base, and a natural sisal scratcher on the side, which we made removable so you can replace it when needed. This contemporary design is built with a steel tubing frame, laminated wood, and soft linen so it's durable, sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing. A rubber groomer is also at the bottom so your cat can rub and scratch those hard-to-reach spots. You will love the modern look of this tree and it makes the perfect addition to your home.

- Please note that the expected arrival date for preorders is between mid to late September. Orders will be fulfilled in the order we received them once they arrive to our warehouse.
- In-stock product orders are processed within 2 business days and will be shipped from our warehouse in California. (shipping lead time is subject to change without notice. Current shipping lead time is 7-10 business days)

- $8.00 flat rate shipping will be applied to each product(s)/case packs(s) below $20.00
- $15 flat rate shipping will be applied to each product(s)/case pack(s) over $20.00
- Petpals Group will ship FedEx (ground or freight) within the USA only at published FedEx rates.
- Petpals Group no longer ships internationally or to AK, HI, and US territories. We can only ship within the 48 contiguous states.
- Please do not list Petpals Group products on third-party websites such as Amazon, eBay, and many others.
- Petpals Group will charge the merchant any and all fees associated with a bad address being provided and any unreasonable returns; meaning products that are not damaged or missing any parts. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all packages returned to Petpals Group due to bad addresses being supplied or merchandise returns that are not damaged or missing any parts. This excludes fulfillment errors and manufacturing defects.
- All wholesale orders have a warranty policy of 30 days. If there are any issues or missing parts from your order, please let us know within this time frame.
