TARIFF UPDATE AS OF 14 MAY, 2025

‼️Great News, U.S. Pet Parents – May 14, 2025 Tariff Update ‼️
We’re thrilled to share that tariffs on our products to the U.S. have dropped from 145% to 30% for 90 days🎉! While still a hurdle, this change is a huge relief — and it means our beloved snuffle mats stay within reach for your pups.

The current U.S. tariffs stand at 30%, which is a bit steep for us to absorb entirely. To keep things smooth and sustainable for both sides, we would be adding 10% of the tariff, while we’ll continue to absorb the remaining 20% along with any brokerage fees. The 10% tariff would be on the product cost and would be added to the shipping cost. 

We truly appreciate your understanding and partnership—it means the world to us (and to all the pups eagerly waiting for their enrichment goodies!). Let’s keep the tail wags coming! 🐾💛
