- The minimum Order Amount is $150
- Shipping charges are 11% of the total cost of the order that is shipped. Shipping charges are added at the time of payment processing.
- Petmate does not authorize reselling on any third party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Chewy, Walmart, etc.)
- Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days

- Shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. Please call Petmate for a freight quote if placing an order outside of the U.S. or to AK or HI.
- Retailers selling Petmate® products are compelled to follow the MAP Policy found here as well as the MAP List.
- Plastic kennels size 36" and bigger may have a freight surcharge of $75 per item due to the size of the item. These must be shipped by motor freight and cannot be shipped to AK or HI. Please call for a shipping quote on these items if ordering more than one kennel
- First time ordering with Petmate®? Please email a copy of your State Tax ID and Resale Certificate to service@wholesalepet.com
- Any items on BACKORDER will not be filled and automatically be canceled from your order. You will not be charged for these items.
- We try to limit our out of stocks but market conditions have caused major market disruptions
- Petmate® warranties against manufacturer defects. Please let us know of any defects within 30 days of purchase
- All Returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Team. Please contact them at consumerservices@petmate.com
- The cost of freight will be deducted from the returned goods.
