Information and Policies
- Estimated total transit time is 3-5 business days for orders shipping to the U.S. foufouBRANDS ships every Thursday to the U.S. through Fedex IDD, our most economical shipping method. Deadline for Thursday shipment is Wednesday 10:00am EST. Orders received after this deadline will ship the following Thursday. No additional customs and duties will apply for any orders shipped through Fedex IDD.
- Freight charges are additional.
- $100 Minimum Order.
- Accepts AMEX, VISA & MASTERCARD.
- Order processing times may take longer due to increased volume and transit delays during the holiday season. Please direct any order inquires to wholesale@foufoubrands.com.
- Our items may not be sold on Amazon, eBay or other auction websites.
- All backorders under $100 (before shipping & taxes) will be canceled. All backorders over $100 (before shipping & taxes) will be shipped when the product becomes available. Please notify us if you wish to cancel your backorder at anytime.
- Canadian Orders: Due to high difference in Exchange Rate we have Canadian Pricing. Please email Service@WholesalePet.com for more information. Otherwise, all Canadian orders placed through Wholesale Pet will be charged in USD.
- International orders are shipped through Fedex & UPS only. Shipping quote will be provided.

While we do our best to ensure your orders are shipped on or before the ETA provided, delays may occur due to supply chain issues. Please email wholesale@foufoubrands.com with any questions or for an update on your order.
foufouBRANDS will not hold large orders to ship complete when items arrive in stock. If 50% and/or $100 or more of the items on your order are in stock, we will ship in stock items first and pre order items will be shipped separately when they arrive in stock. Pre-orders/backorders under $100 will be cancelled.
We do not charge for pre-orders until we are ready to ship.
