- $15 flat rate shipping will be applied to each product(s)/case pack(s) over $20.00
- Petpals Group will ship FedEx (ground or freight) within the USA only at published FedEx rates.
- Petpals Group no longer ships internationally or to AK, HI, and US territories. We can only ship within the 48 contiguous states.

- Petpals Group will charge the merchant any and all fees associated with a bad address being provided and any unreasonable returns; meaning products that are not damaged or missing any parts.
