The Chuckit!® Ultra Tug® is made of high-quality materials and designed for the game fetch. Great for the most demanding use, this is no ordinary ball. Great ball for tugging games, with a durable 2-ply nylon handle. With an extra-thick rubber core and a bright color for improved visibility. Developed to have a high bounce and high durability. Compatible with Chuckit! Ball Launchers (sold separately).

- Retailers selling Petmate® products are compelled to follow the MAP Policy found here as well as the MAP List.
- Plastic kennels size 36" and bigger may have a freight surcharge of $75 per item due to the size of the item. These must be shipped by motor freight and cannot be shipped to AK or HI. Please call for a shipping quote on these items if ordering more than one kennel
- First time ordering with Petmate®? Please email a copy of your State Tax ID and Resale Certificate to service@wholesalepet.com
- Any items on BACKORDER will not be filled and automatically be canceled from your order. You will not be charged for these items.
- We try to limit our out of stocks but market conditions have caused major market disruptions
- Petmate® warranties against manufacturer defects. Please let us know of any defects within 30 days of purchase
- All Returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Team. Please contact them at consumerservices@petmate.com
- The cost of freight will be deducted from the returned goods.
- The cost of freight will be determined during the call to customer service. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer returning goods.
