Features 1.75" Type 13 mil-spec webbing, high- strength GT-Cobra buckles and Velcro on both sides to attach department panels. Made exclusively in the USA by Ray Allen Manufacturing. Includes a climb spec lifting ring on top to attach leash and handle for easy control of your K-9. The adjustable fit construction is designed to fit German Shepherds, Malinois, Labs and other breeds with 28 inch to 36 inch girths.
